Gerudo Town is the main settlement of the Gerudo Desert and consequently the Gerudo people.

Physical Gerudo traits typically include bronzed skin, scarlet hair, aquiline noses, gold eyes and round ears; however, evil Gerudo like Ganondorf and the Twinrova Sisters possess an olive skin color.

The first part of the shrine just has Link placing the two magnetic blocks near the white stationary blocks using magnesis. The Gerudo (ゲルド) are a tribe of Amazonian warrior-thieves who mainly live in the desert to the west of Hyrule.

The tower is north of the Clan Yiga Hideout. Korok Seed #24: Just east of the Gerudo Summit, on a higher ledge you will find two rock formations. Look for the Great Gerudo Skeleton text on the world map in the Gerudo Desert.

And the hideout is obviously at least a spiritual successor to the Gerudo Fortress. Gerudo Desert Shrine locations.

It may be unmarked on your map if you have not reached the tower yet. They both feature jail cells throughout. If Link tries to enter Gerudo Town, the guards will not let him. The Gerudo Highlands is directly north of Gerudo Desert. Gerudo desert is located in the southwestern part of Hyrule.

The yiga clan hideout has the same gerudo heroine statues as found in the desert, so it most likely used to belong to the Gerudo.

How to find Korsh O'hu shrine: Korsh O'hu shrine is located in southwestern Hyrule, in the Wasteland Tower region.

Once you have found the location of the shrine go inside.

The correct form of the rocks is a 3×3 grid of rocks, with a single rock on each side.

Only women are allowed to enter the Town. Some of the areas that compose Gerudo Desert are West and East Barrens, Gerudo Ruins, Toruma Dunes, Northern Icehosue, Palu Wasteland and many others. Place the rock in the proper location to get the Korok to appear. This shrine is located right at the Great Fairy Fountain in the Gerudo Desert. You should be able to see it even from the desert area right outside Gerudo Town.

In that case first you must trek to the tower.

Link must complete the "Forbidden City Entry" Main Quest before he can get inside the Town. Three shrines listed here are found on the way to the desert from Central Hyrule.

There is an extra rock in one of the formations and a missing rock in the other formation. I actually believe the Gerudo Fortress from OoT is the same as the Yiga clan hideout in BOTW.
