The post-bomb meruem is so strong! Meruem was designed to be so OP that no human could defeat him relying on there own power. Netero says his strength has decreased by half and there are people better than him, so Ging, being one of the 5/6 best Nen users in the world, may now be stronger than Netero was at the time of the invasion. Now, compared to a normal human we can assume this is greatly amplified.
