Raise the platform by pressing the button. Roll to the left to activate the door on the control panel.

Jump to the top right vent and enter it. Move to your right until you reach a couple of low branches. Once you're acclamated, begin the level. Jump on the branches and just stand on them for a second for them to launch you up. You have to go underwater here by holding B to enter roll mode. Work your way up to the platforms in the trees. Then do the rest of the level and you should get less than 3 minutes easily. Start off by going to the right. Here's how you do it: Learn the level playing normally once or twice. Push this barrel to the left until it lands on the switch up the hill. You can move both characters into the buttons one at a time, and place the balls in the buttons one at a time as well.
